Just Leased! 1LDK unit in Sangenjaya.

Closed a lease contract yesterday for my French client for a Sangenjaya property!

I first met him in the beginning of April.

Because he did not have his Zairyu Card with him yet at the time, we waited for it to be published so that he can finally submit a rent application and open up a Japanese bank account.

It was long and a lot to work on but I am super glad that my client has found a great place to call his home finally.

昨日は、賃貸のご契約をさせていただきました！

今回のお客様はフランスのパリ出身の男性で、三軒茶屋周辺で物件を探して欲しいとのご要望でした。

当初ご連絡をいただいた際はまだ在留カードもない状態だったため少し時間はかかりましたが、口座開設や賃貸借契約に必要となる書類の準備をしっかりとお手伝いさせていただきスムーズに契約まで繋げることが出来ました。
