Just Leased! Newly built 2LDK in Kanda.

Took us over 1 month to finally find a really nice apartment for rent!

The client is an investor for the US stock and is financially stable and secured but just because he is a foreigner, it was a little bit hard to deal with the guarantor companies.

However in the end, we found a best matching apartment and successfully signed the contract!

Can’t thank my client enough for choosing me out of all the other real estate agents around and patiently working with me.

So glad that I got to see him looking so happy to move-in to the new home!

20代独身男性、中国籍の投資家様、年収約3000万以上とかなりハイスペックのお客様ですが、ただ”外国籍で収入がドルベース”という事だけで保証会社審査、オーナー審査にかなり手こずってしまいました。。日本人の感覚が遅れているのか？外国人だから入居ダメとか言ってる場合じゃないような気がするけど。。

と半分イライラしながらも、自分を信頼してどこまでも頼ってくれるお客様がいる限り絶対諦められないと思いひたすら物件を探し続けました笑

最後はオーナー様に直接お客様と会いに行き、面談にて交渉。

全てはお客様のため！無事契約ができて本当によかったです。
