All Japanese real estate companies can see the same listings on the site called REINS.

It means that it’s all about who assists you finding a place for you that best matches your needs and wants!

There are many nice agents out there but that doesn’t necessarily mean they are the best agents when it comes to finding real estates for foreigners.

Some of the typical barriers would be

• communication difficulties

• not having guarantors in Japan

• property management company not allowing foreigners

I am focusing on helping only foreigners.
